Throughout this class on technology I have really been thinking about how I can more effectively use technology in my daily work to improve outcomes for students.  As a speech language pathologist I travel to many different places each day to provide therapy and supervise personnel.  I have been thinking about ways that I can use technology during therapy and how this can be accomplished as an itinerant staff member.  Access to e-mail can even be difficult for someone who travels among several locations throughout the day.  I do have a smart phone and have recently gotten an iPad and am exploring ways these two devices can support and expand my work with students and staff on a daily basis.
